Welcome to Golden Pond Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.  The entire association is comprised of 79 Single Family Homes.  The community is fully built out.  The Golden Pond Estates HOA property is located near 9th Ave / Hover St in West Longmont, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments are $500 Annually, billed out in $250 installments in January and July.  Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment.  Assessments are due the 1st of the month in January and July, and are considered late if not received within 60 days of the due date (February 29th and August 29th).  Any account with a balance due as of the 60th day will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.


PLEASE NOTE:  To provide Covid-19 Precautions, HOA Board Meetings will be held REMOTELY until further notice. 

The next BOD Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 24th at 5:30pm via Zoom.

Regular Board Meetings are open to all residents of the community.  Homeowner Open Forum is held at the beginning of each Board Meeting for homeowners to ask questions and share concerns and ideas with the Board.

When Regular Board Meetings of the HOA  resume meeting in person, they are  held at the Foster Management Office located at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd., STE 111, Longmont, CO  80501.
All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend.
